INVENTORY REPORTS

We compile all inventory reports according to recognised industry standards and tailor them to your specific requirements. We visit each property and undertake a full inspection listing all contents, fixtures, fittings, furniture and the overall condition of the property at the time, and we use digital colour photography with comprehensively written descriptions to give you maximum detail in your report.

CHECK IN

It is crucial to get your tenant to agree and sign the inventory report on check-in, so we will arrange to meet them at the property either prior to or at the commencement of their tenancy. We go through the inventory report with them and make sure they are aware of and agree all details including meter readings, if possible. If you require we can also itemise and hand over the keys to the property.

MID TERM

During the tenancy we can visit the rental property, with the tenant being notified by the agent or landlord beforehand. We inspect throughout and make a written reference to any differences between the inventory report which was compiled before the start of the tenancy and the current condition.

The mid-term report lists all specific and relevant details with regard to the cleanliness and general condition of the property, including any items that are either missing, broken or damaged.

The mid-term report is emailed to the landlord or agent within 48 hours.

At the end of the tenancy we visit the rental property, with or without the tenant being present. We inspect throughout and a make written reference to any differences between the inventory report which was compiled before the start of the tenancy and the current condition.

The check-out report lists all specific and relevant details with regard to the cleanliness and general condition of the property, including any items that are either missing, broken or damaged.

If possible we take meter readings and can accept the return of keys to the property on behalf of the landlord or agent, if the tenant is present. The check-out report is emailed to the landlord or agent within 48 hours.
